Deposits: $200 for weekly rentals. $400 for monthly.
Payment Policies: Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee.
Between 60 - 30 days of arrival, $400 deposit is forfeited.
Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending on owner), less a $150 cancellation fee. Terms are guidelines and may vary depending upon property requirements. Trip Cancellation insurance is recommended.
