It is also a five minute walk from Dunedin's glorious waterfront, where you can watch the sunset, and a 15 minute drive to the beaches of Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. There are an upstairs and downstairs verandah and lovely Sun Room. This home provides guests with a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. |

Deposits: $400 at booking for weeklies. $600 for monthlies.
Payment Policies: Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Between 60 - 30 days of arrival, deposit is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending on owner), less a $150 cancellation fee.
