Payment Information

Deposits: $400 for weekly rentals. $600 for monthly.

Payment Policies: Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Between 60 - 30 days of arrival, deposit is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending on owner), less a $150 cancellation fee.

Arrival/Departure: 3 p.m. Check-in 10 a.m. Check-out.

Tax: 12% sales & tourist tax
