A separate association rental application fee of $100 paid by tenant to 440 West Association, C21 process fee of $150. Any electric usage over $150 within the month and a final cleaning fee of $200.00 is deducted from the deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.
