Deposits: 25% of base rental

Payment Policies: Please call our office 1-800-293 3979 for great discounts on monthly rates. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and personal checks. Please note that all bookings will have an additional departure cleaning fee added as well as a $45 processing fee.

Cancellations: Cancellation requires 60 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival and other unpredictable events.
