Deposits: 25% of the base rental

Payment Policies: We accept MC, Visa, Discover and personal Checks. Contact Resort Rentals for special monthly rates! Please note that all bookings will carry an additional departure cleaning fee as well as a $45 processing fee.

Cancellations: Cancellation requires 60 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival and other unpredictable events.

Tax: 7% Sales Tax + 6 % Tourist Tax
